Company profile Established in 1995 and headquartered in Germany, our company has been designing, building, assembling and commissioning plants to the semiconductor industry for flue gas cleaning and energy recovery for 30 years. Plants designed by us are not only located in Western and Eastern Europe, but also in North America, Asia, and Australia. Our Philosophy We have remained true to considering exhaust air purification as a contribution to environmental protection as a necessary and sensible measure. Our philosophy is based on measures that are always aimed at reducing the cost of operating resources and investments. Exhaust air purification measures do not increase productivity or bring any direct financial benefit. Therefore in the context of increasing competition, purification of exhaust air is indispensable in terms of cost-effective investment and operation.
